Adrien Raynier

Adrien Raynier is a versatile singer whose diverse roles range from Carmen to Ulrica and Amneris to Suzuki. She has performed two very different Mothers in Menotti’s “Amahl and the Night Visitors” and “The Consul”.   She has enjoyed being a boy as Cherubino, Siebel and Pierotto; but performing Hansel for thousands of Southern California children was an experience she loved; singing and pushing the wicked Witch into the oven over 400 times!

Her experience singing in over 100 productions with Los Angeles Opera Company and covering several leading and featured roles has given her great pleasure. She was featured with the Santa Monica Symphony singing Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde and appeared as the female soloist in Pablo Neruda’s epic South American choral/symphony Canto General by Mikis Theodorakis in Seattle.

As a popular recital artist, Ms. Raynier performs lieder, art songs, operetta and musical theater repertoire as well as opera and has appeared as soloist with many orchestras and community chorales in the West.
